  1. If something was a "Scam", it'd be illegal. People ARE making money, but only very few people are making the big bucks. I saw a documentary on former herbalife distributors who got into huge debt trying to climb up the recruiting ladder. They ran out of leads and had to advertise online, and spent 10 hours a day trying to gain followers by posting up videos, designing advertisments, and sharing the "opportunity" with everyone they met. MLM's are certainly no SCAM but are they morally and ethically right? I don't believe so..... What MLM's are really selling is "The DREAM". The dream of not having to work, the dream of residual income, the dream of "working from home" . The reality is that it's really hard TO achieve that dream and it is statistically impossible for even most people to achieve that dream. The product isn't what the company is about, that's just a vehicle to promote the endless recruiting and deceptive marketing so that others can join and do the same thing you're doing.
